 Spire & Associates is a boutique Leadership Communications Firm specializing in executive communication development for women.

The name "Spire" captures our ethos: We develop leaders to help them reach the pinnacle of their leadership potential. Spire & Associates offers leadership communications coaching to help you stay at the top of your game.

Our one-hour sessions focus on developing success in personal branding, leadership communications, professional presence, and building confidence and efficacy. Sessions can be scheduled during lunch or in the evening, making it convenient for busy professionals.

Karen O. Henry

Chief Executive Officer
Karen O. Henry has over 40 years of experience managing Fortune 500 companies, including GE Aircraft Engines, General Motors, Ford, and Chrysler.
As an adult education professional and higher education administrator for multiple colleges and universities, she directed university graduate programs for the College of Medicine, College of Pharmacy, and the Executive MBA program.  As an adjunct professor, she has taught Managerial Communications.     Karen received her bachelor's degree in organizational psychology from Southwest University and Liberal Arts from Xavier University, an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Cincinnati, and a Ph.D. in Christian Counseling from Newburgh Theological Seminary.
